NH-310H on keskusyksikkö kiinteistön TV-antennikaapelia hyödyntävä lähiverkon rakentemaisessa. Laite tukee 61 asuntoa, joten se soveltuu useimpien taloyhtiöiden, yrityskiinteistöjen ja pienempien hotellien tietoliikenneverkkojen rakentamiseen. Tekniikka toimii samanaikaisesti TV-kanavien kanssa.
